If you don’t want to send your credit card number over the Internet, simply checkout as normal and choose the “Credit Card via Phone/Fax” payment option. Then call 1-800-543-1659 for our orders department or fax 1-630-682-4785. Mention that you are calling about a website order and have your order number, which will appear at the end of checkout.

If you prefer to pay by check, choose the “Personal Check” payment method during checkout and checkout normally. You may then mail your check to the address below. Alternately, you can avoid using the online checkout system at all by adding items to the shopping cart, then printing the shopping cart page and mailing it along with your check to:

The Fair Credit Billing Act requires that your bank can only hold you liable for $50 of fraudulent credit card use. If your credit card provider holds you liable for any of this amount because of ordering from the Good News / Crossway website, we will pay this amount for you.
