Your First Order

Thank you for choosing to purchase from Good News / Crossway. Our products are available not only from us but also from a variety of retailers both on the Internet and near you, including your local Christian bookstore. You can place orders online or by calling 1-877-872-2871 (for individuals or churches) 1-800-323-3890 (for bookstores).

Browse Products

To place an order, you will first need to find the products you wish to buy. If you are looking for books or tracts on a particular subject or by a certain author, you may want to browse our catalog using the tabs at the top of the page and the navigation links in the column to the left.

Search for Products

If you know what you are looking for, you can use the search box in the top left of every page. You can search title, author, ISBN/UPC, and a number of other factors.

Use the Shopping Cart

Use the shopping cart to hold products you would like to order. Click any of the “Add to Cart” buttons to add the product to the cart. You will go to the shopping cart page, where you can change quantities and adjust shipping options. You can then continue shopping until you are ready to check out. You may add or remove products from your shopping cart until you have completed your order.

Checkout

On the shopping cart page, click the “Checkout Now” button to proceed to checkout. You enter your shipping and billing addresses, select a payment method, and confirm your order.

Create an Account

You have the option of creating an account during checkout. Simply create a sign-in name and password when asked. For future orders you will not have to enter your shipping and billing addresses. Creating an account is optional.

Choose a Payment Method

You may pay by credit card online, credit card via phone or fax, personal check, or charge to an account (for those who have established accounts with us). We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. More payment options.

If you are a professor at an institution of higher learning and are considering adopting a book for a class, you may request an examination copy. See the examination copy page for more information on examination copies.

Confirm Your Order

Review your billing and shipping addresses, and confirm the products in your shopping cart. You should make any changes at this point. Click “Place Order” to complete your order.

Complete Your Order

After you click “Place Order,” a confirmation page will appear containing your order number. You will also receive an email, which we suggest you keep for your records.
