Change or Cancel an Order

To change or cancel an order that has not yet shipped, email service@crossway.org or call 1-800-543-1659 from 8:00am to 4:30pm U.S. Central Time (GMT -0500). Mention that you ordered from the website and your order number. Because we try to ship items as soon as possible after ordering, you should contact us as soon as you know you want to change or cancel your order.
