Richard Phillips is senior minister of First Presbyterian Church in Coral Springs/Margate, Florida. He is chair of the Philadelphia Conference on Reformed Theology and co-editor of the Reformed Expository Commentary. He has written numerous books on the Bible, theology, and Christian living, including a commentary on the epistle to the Hebrews.
